Nobody chose a bad font.

Nobody's job is to check whether your website still describes what you sell. So nobody checks, and years go by. That is how a business that is good at the work ends up with a page that undersells it.

I go through your site the way a customer does and write down what I find. That list is free, and it is yours whether we ever work together or not.

a service you sell that is not on here your phone number, three clicks deep still describes the old business

What I find

None of it is complicated.

Work you do that the site never mentions
Hours you changed and nobody updated
Reviews you earned that no visitor ever sees
A phone number a customer has to hunt for

Each one is small. Together they are the reason someone called the other guy.

What actually happens

Twenty five years of good work, and then a page that quietly undercuts all of it.

Every potential customer checks two things before they call you: your Google listing and your website. If you are doing the work well, the reviews take care of themselves. Years in business, real ratings, strangers vouching for you before you have said a word. Ten minutes of reading and they are ready to pick up the phone.

Then they open your website. And they hesitate.

That is not a design problem. That is nobody minding the store, and finding that gap is what I have spent twenty years doing.

The website is only where it is cheapest to look.

How this works

01

The audit

I go through your site the way a customer does and write down what it is costing you. What you offer that it never mentions. What nobody can find. What makes someone hesitate. It is free, as a gift to you.

02

Your call

If you want it fixed, I rebuild it. If you do not, you keep the list and fix it yourself, or hand it to whoever built the current one. That is genuinely fine. What I am not the right person for is making a site look nicer.

03

The rebuild

Flat fee, quoted before I start. Most rebuilds land around $1,500. About a week of my time once I have your photos, your services and your hours. You see a mockup first, then we go two rounds of changes together. If you want more after that, I tell you what it costs before I do it.

The next step

Email me your website address. I will send you the list.

No call to book, nothing to sign. If the list is worth acting on we can talk about it, and if it is not I will say so.
