Childcare. Website, plus an automated workflow that sends a branded confirmation the moment a tour request lands, copied to the owner.
The parent gets an answer immediately instead of whenever somebody next opens the inbox.
Outcome: inquiries get answered without anybody remembering to answer them.

Outcome: off the old provider, nothing broken, no gap in mail.
Aerospace and defense manufacturing, as the operations lead.
Four migrations between 2018 and 2024, including a compliance driven move into a government cloud environment.
Outcome: the business kept shipping through every one of them.
Live entertainment and audio visual, after the business folded during the pandemic.

Outcome: roughly $300,000 returned, about a 20 percent return on the book.
